TONIGHTand Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Central Luzon, Bicol Region, the
provinces of Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon will experience cloudy
skies with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms. The regions
of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and Ilocos will have cloudy skies with
light rains. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy
skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms mostly over the
eastern section.Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over the whole archipelago with moderate to rough seas.
