Slippery when wetand Highway mishap in Tupi, South Cotabato after heavy down pour

TUPI, South Cotabato -- A traffic law enforcer directs flow of traffic near Santos Hill Elementary School where a vehicular accident involving several vehiclesoccurred at about 4 p.m. after a heavy down pour spawned by intertropical convergence zone affecting Mindanao.The accident transpired within the town's speed limit zone.Today's accident was preceded by a highway mishap in Kablon, Tupi, South Cotabato Tuesday involving a tricycle and a passenger van.
