WEATHER TODAY | The Tail-end of a Cold Front is affecting Mindanao and Eastern Visayas while the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan continues to affect Luzon. In the next hours, cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms which may trigger flash floods and landslides will be experienced over Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas. Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms is expected over Mindanao and over the rest of Visayas. Cloudy skies with light rains will be experienced over the regions of Cagayan Valley and Cordillera and over the provinces of Aurora and Quezon. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
