Soudelor moves closer to PH PAR

MANILA -Typhoon Soudelor continues to move closer to our boundary. At 4and00 AM today, the eye of the typhoon was estimated at 1, 495km east of Calayan, Cagayan with maximum sustained winds of 215kph and gustiness of up to 250kph. It is expected to move west-northwest at 20kph. If Soudelor maintains speed and direction, it will possibly enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) today, between 6 to 9AM.
