Guianiand Old city hall abandoned by previous admin, Sema denies

COTABATO CITY - Former Cotabato City Vice Mayor Muslimin Sema took exceptions to claims by Cotabato City Mayor Japal Guiani that the former city administration abandoned the old city hall building.Sema was reacting to statement made by Guiani in an interview by DXMS Radyo Bida that the old city hall was left to rot.Guiani said when he was still the vice mayor he proposed to convert the historic building into a museum but it did not muster enough support at the city council.However, Sema, speaking to DXMS Radyo Bida denied the building was abandoned during his days at the Peoples Palace.While he was still the city mayor, Sema said there was actually a planto convert the old city hall in the down town area into a city library or the city health office but it was overtaken by events until he was removed from office.
