Lixel Garcia and Gino Pidere, both 17 years old. They both died on the spot.Traffic investigation showed that Garcia was driving his Zuzuki motorbike together with his classmatesVincent Dicalan, 18 of Pikit, North Cotabato and Adrian Obenieta of Midsayap when it collided head on with another motorcycle.The other motorbike, a Kawasaki Baja,was driven byPidere with his mother Remira, 45 and sister Teresita, 20, back-riding with him.Dicalan and Obenieta, who were both injured, said Garcia was driving his motorbike with extra speed. We advised him to slow down but told us he can manage his bike, the two told police traffic investigators.Along a sharp curve in Barangay Kimagango, Garcia lost control of the motorbike and no time to recover thencollided with on coming motorbike driven by Pedire.
