COTABATO CITY - Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) have filed charges for violation Republic Act 9165 against more or less15 persons arrested during a PDEA-Army raid on suspected illegal drug den in the city Thursday.PDEA-ARMM agents, backed by Army Special Forces Battalion, swooped down onWashington area, Jose

Mohammad, Rahima Mohammad, Norodin Ali, Richelle Evedientes, Joey Mokamad,
Michael Ebos, Rolando Paquit, Merlyn Akabong, Danilo Miguel and Raymund Arriola.
However, PDEA said not all those invited for questioning will be charged.A PDEA report said two agents posed as buyer of P200 worth of shabu inside the drug den. After confirming the existence of drug tiangge operated by a certain Bobby, an operation was hatched.As the poseur buyer emerged from the tiangge, PDEA agents and soldiers barged inside that surprised all the people in the tiangge. Three drug dens were found inside and about 50 grams of shabu contained in several sachets were seized. It has a market value of about P80,000.But Bobby managed to escape along with several others.
