WEATHER TODAY The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) continues to affect Mindanao, bringing cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms over Zamboanga Peninsula and Davao Region. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with chances of isolated thunderstorms.
