KORONADAL CITY - Incumbent Mayor Peter Miguel on Tuesday has filed his certificate of candidacy seeking reelection in next year's elections.His running mate is Councilor Oscar Pagunsan.Only Miguel and Pagunsan have filed COCs before the Koronadal City Comelec office. Miguel said his party's candidates for councilor will file COCs on Wednesday.
