CAMP SIONGCO, Maguindanao - Ambassador Henrietta de Villa, national chair of Commission on Elections accredited election watch dog Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) on Monday visited Maj. Gen. Edgardo Pangilinan, 6th Infantry Division chief, to get updates on the security issues in Maguindanao and Lanao del Sur.De Villa, along with PPCRV-ARMM chair Fr. David Procalla, DCC, met with Pangilinan and other military officials as the PPCRV prepares poll watchingduties in Maguindanao and Lanao del Sur.
