MANILA, Sept. 29 (PNA) -- The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Monday said that no weather disturbance is expected to enter the country until the end of the month.PAGASA weather forecaster Meno Mendoza told the Philippines News Agency (PNA) that the monitored low pressure area is still far and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).However, Mendoza said the low pressure area (LPA) has high chance to enter the country in the coming days.He added the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) has already categorized this weather disturbance as tropical depression.Mendoza said that three tropical cyclones have already entered for the month of September namely Karding, Luis and Mario. He said that expects two or three more tropical cyclones to enter the country for the month of October. The next tropical cyclone to enter the Philippine territory, Mendoza said it would be named Neneng” -- it will be the 14th tropical cyclone to visit the country this year.Meanwhile, Mendoza said most parts of the country including Metro Manila will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to localized thunderstorms. He said the regions of Davao and Caraga will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms due to the effects of southwest monsoon or hanging habagat -- the prevailing wind system during the rainy season -- which is now affecting Mindanao.
