COTABATO CITY - Police here will file carnapping charges against 25-year-old man who tried but failed to carnap a motorbike parked in front of Notre Dame University Thursday.Police identified the suspect asMohaliden Sapalon of BarangayPoblacion Dos, Cotabato City.

ASapalon said the motorbike was owned by his friend and that he was task to repair it when tricycle drivers and passersby noticed him.But when accosted by police, he tried to escape forcing pedicab drivers nearby to respond and cornered him until the police arrived.
