MANILA - Metro Manila, Central Luzon and CALABARZON, Bicol Region and MIMAROPA will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The regions of Cagayan, Cordillera and Ilocos will experience cloudy skieswith light rains. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast to east will prevail over Northern and Central Luzon and coming from the northeast to southeast over the rest of country with moderate to rough seas.
