No travel fund, 300 police recruits told to stay put in PNP-ARMM

CAMP SK PENDATUN, Maguindanao - Police recruits from the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO)who underwent police training at the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (PNP-ARMM) regional training center here have completed the training course but could not return to NCR as of yet.The reasonand No directive yet from NCR Police Office when they can fly back to Manila, according to Senior Insp. Ronald de Leon, PNP-ARMM spokesperson.De Leon said the training was completed on August 25 but the recruits, about 300 of them, remained in the camp awaiting order from NCR Police Office. We are still waiting for the recruits' travel fund, De Leon said, adding that in the meantime, the recruits are advised to wait or relax and enjoy.
