Cotabato City PNP ready for All Saints' Day, All Souls' Day

COTABATO CITY - The Cotabato City police office has designed security plan (Oplan Undas)to ensure the observance of All Saint's Day on Sunday and All Souls' Day on Monday is peaceful and orderly.This early, many Cotabatenios trooped to the cemeteries to clean the graves of their loved ones.Senior Supt.
