NORTH COTABATO - Four people were instantly killed while three others were badly injured in a highway accident in Matalam town Saturday.
The fatalities were passengers of a tricycle a wayward silver Toyota Innova rammed head-on while on a stretch of the Cotabato-Davao Highway in Matalam, North Cotabato.
Three other tricycle passengers were badly injured in the collision.
The victims were immediately rushed by responding barangay officials and personnel of the Matalam municipal police to a hospital.
