Audition on for World championship of performing arts in Koronadal
KORONADAL CITY - To give the people of South Central Mindanao an opportunityto showcase their God-given talents, the World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) will be conducting an audition in Koronadal City. Grey Doctolero, Xtreme dancers, manager and mentor, said among those who are qualified for the try-out are local talents, aged 5 to 15 years old for the Junior Division and 16 years old and above for the Senior Division. We would like to invite everyone to be part of team Philippines in 2015, we are inviting all singers, dancers, actors, models, and all other stage performers to take the challenge,” Doctolero said in his face book account. In 2014, Jay R Melody and Macz Alminaza, brought honor to the country by bagging the Senior Grand ChampionPerformer of the World Award in WCOPA. Melody and Alminaza were the first dancers to have won the award, frequently won by singers. The audition which is also open to the people ofSultan Kudarat and Sarangani will be held at Gaisano Grandmall in Koronadal City in February 7. The World Championship of Performing Arts, is the first and only international competition to find the best aspiring performing artists worldwide.This contest is heldannually in Hollywood, California and is often referred to as the Olympics of Peforming Arts.”
