Baby, 10 others survive South Cotabato vehicular crash

TANTANGAN, South Cotabato -- A 3-year-old baby miraculously survived unscathed a highway mishap here this morning involving an Izusu highlander vehicle.The baby was among the 11 persons on their way to an excursion in Gen.
