Cotabato City bags 8 awards from DOH
COTABATO CITY - Cotabato City got not just one, not just two, and not even just three, but eight awards during the 2019 Regional Awarding Ceremony of the Department of Health, Cotabato City Mayor Cynthia Guiani-Sayadi today said.
These awards were:
✔️ Red Orchid Award
✔️ Pulang Laso Award (MSM and LGBTQi Friendly STI and HIV and AIDS Facility)
✔️ Best in Family Planning Program (Poblacion 5)
✔️ 4th Place in Association of Community Volunteer Health Workers of Cotabato City, Inc.
✔️ Best in National Voluntary Blood Services Program
✔️ Best in Field Health Services Information System
✔️ Best in City Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit of Cotabato City
✔️ Human Rabies-Free Award
"Congratulations to all of our Office on Health Services workers, volunteers, our law enforcers, our partners, and to every Cotabatenio who has been part of all these programs. These awards are dedicated to the law abiding and health conscious people of Cotabato City," Guiani-Sayadi said.
"May we always work harder, hand in hand, in making Cotabato City a healthier and a happier place for all of us and for our future generations," she added.
Teh mayor lauded and expressed gratitude to DOH for these recognition.
"Rest assured, the city government is committed to to serve our people to the best of our ability," Guiani-Sayadi said.
