Areas Affectedand Near Lugay - Lugay Elementary School Mother Bagua and some portions of Barangay Bagua 1, 2 andamp 3, Cotabato City. Cotabato Light andamp Power Company will exert all efforts to finish the work speedily and restore electric service as soon as possible.However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
