Gunman shot, hurt Sarangani cop

KORONADAL CITY – A police officer in Sarangani province was in critical condition
after he was shot while responding to an alleged shooting incident in Malungon
town Friday morning.
Chief Inspector
Aldrin Gonzales, speaking for police in Region 12, said Police Officer 1 Jared
Bogador, intelligence operative of Malungon PNP, was shot by a certain Pedro
Donasco at about 9:30 a.m.
Gonzales said
Bogador was responding to a reported shooting incident in Barangay Datal Tampal
when the suspect opened fire on him.
The gunman
quickly fled after the shooting while Bogador was rushed to St. Elizabeth
Hospital in Gen. Santos City.
Pursuit
