KAPA members gather in GenSan for prayer rally

GEN. SANTOS CITY -- Thousands of members of KAPA (Kabus Padatuon) ministry gathered today in Calumpang Sports Complex in Barangay Calumpang for the prayer rally after President Duterte ordered the Naitonal Bureau of Investigation and Criminal Investigation and Detection Group to shut down its offices in Mindanao and Visayas.

Today's prayer rally came a day after thousands of KAPA members gather at the Quezon City Memorial Circle to expressed support for KAPA founder Pastor Joel Apolinario.

Organizers estimate the rally attendees could reach more than 500,000.

At abotu 10 a.m. today, reports have it that President Duterte has summoned Apolinario to a dialogue in Davao City.

Duterte is in Barangay Lagao, Gen. Santos City this afternoon for the distribution of Certificate of Land Ownershio Award (CLOA) to agrarian reform beneficiaries.
