Koronadal City officials join ice bucket challenge

KORONADAL
CITY, (Sept. 3/NDBC) -- City Administrator Cyrus Urbano and City Councilor
Oscar Pagunsan of Koronadal City joined the bandwagon and performed the ALS ice
bucket challenge in front of the city hall Tuesday.

Urbano and
Pagunsan responded to Koronadal City Mayor Peter Miguel’ challenge after the
chief executive performed one on Monday.l

The two officials
cited that they accepted the dare and performed the ice bucket challenge
because it has a good cause, that is, to help those people suffering from
amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or ALS.

Pagunsan
nominated City Vice Mayor Eliordo Ogena and all secretariat members of the
Sagguniang Panglungsod of Koronadal led by SP Secretary Maritess Togonon to do
the challenge.

Urbano, on the
other hand, dared Superintendent Nelson Salcedo, city police chief, Fire chief Milo
Manlabao, and all department heads of the City LGU. (NDBC)
