Koronadal cops arrest robber who preys on lady's undies

KORONADAL CITY - A suspected robber who allegedly cuts victims' undies fell on cops' operation here Saturday. Jeward Pinto, 41, a worker of a lending firm, was nabbed in an operation in Barangay Zone-3, the city police office said.Pinto, a resident of Megaland subdivision, Carpenter Hill, was nabbed by by the City Police Drug Enforcement Unit, after a witness alerted police.Five cellphones believed be he robbed from victims were seized.Pinto denied he takes panties.A boarding house was robbed of valuables, including mobile phones and jewelry but the suspect also cut underwear.Police found panties in Pinto's bag upon his arrest.
