LPA enters PH AOR, expect rains, thunderstorm

WEATHER TODAY | The Low Pressure Area (inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility) was last located at 730 kms. east of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur. PAGASA Weather Forecaster Robert Obet Badrina said it may still intensify and develop into a tropical cyclone as it prevails over the ocean.In the next hours, rainy weather may be experienced over most parts of the country due to the trough of the LPA. Residents of Visayas, Mindanao and Bicol Region are advised to prepare for cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, the rest of the country can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
