DAVAO CITY -- A magnitude 5.9 quake hit San Francisco, Surigao del Norte Sunday morning in what volcanologists described as an aftershock of the February 10 Magnitude 6.7 quake that hit the same province.In a bulletin, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said the earthquake struck at 8:08 a.m. and was located 006 kilometers west of Anao-aoan, San Francisco, Surigao del Norte.It was tectonic in origin.The following intensities were recordedand Intensity VI - Surigao CityIntensity IV - Limasawa and San Ricardo, Southern LeyteIntensity III - San Juan and San Francisco, Southern LeyteIntensity II - General Luna, Surigao del NorteInstrumental IntensitiesandIntensity III - Surigao CityIntensity I - Borongan, Eastern Samar Palo, Leyte
