More malls coming to Cotabato, Kidapawan cities

COTABATO CITY -- City Mayor Cynthia Guiani-Sayadi on Friday led the opening of Robinsons appliance store inside Mall of Al Nor in what others described as indications of the booming city's economy and employment opportunities.Meanwhile, Davao City’s Number 1 Retail Company New City Commercial Corporation(NCCC) is coming to Cotabato City!As announced by NCCC Malls president Sharlene Lim during the Urban Land Institute Philippines Forum last week, NCCC malls see Cotabato City as leading investment destination in Central Mindanao.Aside from Cotabato City, NCCC Mall is also eyeingBukidnon and Kidapawan City!In a statement posted by Kidapawan City LGU, NCCC reveals that Kidapawan is one of the sites where they will expand on the following years together with Cotabato and Bukidnon.NCCC acquired a property along National Highway, Poblacion, Kidapawan City years ago which will be the possible site of their future plans.Kidapawan has 2 shopping malls as of now, the KMCC Mall in Dayao Street and Gaisano Grand Mall in Brgy. Lanao. JS Gaisano will be the newest one to build in the city that will break ground on December 8, beside St. Mary's Academy.
