PAGASA forecasts rainy Black Saturday in PH

Moderate to occasionally heavy rains and isolated thunderstorms, which may trigger flash floods and landslides, will be experienced over the regions of Caraga and Northern Mindanao. Light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will prevail over Southern Quezon, the province of Marinduque and the rest of Bicol Region, of Visayas and of Mindanao. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experienced over the rest of Luzon including Metro Manila.
