PLDT HOME SERVICE ADVISORYand[July 10, 2018]As of 2and00PM today, Voice and data services have been restored in parts of SoCSKSarGen, Caraga and Bukidnon after some of the cuts in our fiber transmission network in the area were repaired. Our teams on-ground are still completing repairs on the remaining fiber cuts to fully restore network resiliency. These fiber cuts were due to ongoing road construction work in several areas in the Mindanao region.We wish to extend our apologies to our Home and Enterprise customers that these unfortunate incidents may have caused and we thank you for your patience.
