WEATHER TODAY | According to PAGASA, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) has already dissipated. However, the public is still advised to prepare for rains brought by the Tail-end of a Cold Front. Cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over Cagayan Valley and the province of Aurora. Residents of these areas are alerted against possible flash floods and landslides. Meanwhile, the regions of Ilocos and Cordillera will have cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
