DepEd-12 won't entertain late enrolees

KORONADAL CITY - The Department of Education in Central Mindanao region will not accept enrolees during the first day of classes for school year 2015-2016. Allan Farnazo, DepEd-12regional director, said on thefirst day of classes on June 1, school administrators will focus on observations and assessment thus enrollment is suspended. Late enrolees will not be entertained on first day of classes, he said. They will be entertained starting June 5. Farnazo instead urged parents of pupils who failed to pre-register their children in January may come to enroll their children.Public schools in the region will still accept pupils until May 29. He assured DepEd is prepared for the June 1 class opening. Brigada Eskwela is still on going, he said.
