Cotabato Light schedules 2 power interruptions

COTABATO CITY -- The Cotabato Light and Power Company (Cotabato Light) today said it has scheduled two power interruptions affecting some areas in the city.On September 8, Friday, a scheduled emergency electric service interruption from 6 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. will affect portions of Purok Haoneybee and Purok Silangan of Barangay Poblacion 2, Cotabato City. ? ?The power interruption is necessary to facilitate removal of primary line structures at Post Number 0142615 due to ongoing construction. Cotabato Light said linemen cannot work on live(energized) power lines to ensure safety of personnel. On September 11, 2017, there will be electric service interruption from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (3 hours) to facilitate relocation of pole along Lumibao access road, Rosary Heights-1, Cotabato City.Affected Areas are portions of Lumibao access road from corner Sousa st. to PCHill chapel, Rosary Heights-1, Cotabato City Cotabato Light andamp Power Company will exert all efforts to finish the work speedily and restore electric service as soon as possible.However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
