DAVAO CITY - A magnitude 4.2 quake jolts Davao region today with the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) saying the epicenter was nine kilometers west of Lupon, Davao Oriental.
In a bulletin, Phivolcs said the tremor came at 3 p.m. and tectonic in origin. It said aftershocks are expected.
