Miss Banga is Mutya ng South Cotabato 2015

KORONADAL CITY -- A third year Bachelor of Science in Mathematics student, representingBanga town, was crowned Mutya ng South Cotabato 2015 during the pageant night Thursday with Christian Bautista and Bb Pilipinas Universe Mary Jean Lastimosa as hosts.The audience roared as the name of Jenny Rose Rabia, the No. 9 bet,was announced as this year's Mutya ng South Cotabato.Rabia's responses to interview portion did it in for her, observers said.She bested 11 other aspirants in the pageant that capped this year's 16th T'nalak Festival and 49th South Cotabato foundation anniversary.

El Gamma Penumbra to perform in ARMM

COTABATO CITY (PNA) -- Asia’s renowned El Gamma Penumbra, an all-male Filipino shadow play group, is set to display their exceptional skill before constituents of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) depicting relevant issues on peace and reforms.The 18-man group is set to perform on the evening of July 20 at Shariff Kabunsuan Complex, the provisional seat of the ARMM situated in this city.The group has not hired female members due to the extreme body movements and contact required for their routines.

COTABATO CITY – Every night is a happy and jolly night for most people visiting the
Ramadhan village” inside the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM)
compound here.

Every night
during the fasting month, which started June 16 and ends this Friday, food and
cultural presentation entertain visitors, mostly Muslims breaking the day-long
fast at past 6 p.m.

The Ramadhan
village, also known as Ramadhan Fair” can be likened to a Christmas village
during the yuletide season for Christians around the world.
