WEATHER TODAY | Cold days continue as Northeast Monsoon affects the country.Aside from low temperatures, cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over the regions of Caraga, Davao and Northern Mindanao.Cloudy skies with light rains are also expected over the regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Bicol Region, Eastern and Central Visayas and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
