South Cotabato inmate outsmarts jail guards

KORONADAL CITY - An inmate of the South Cotabato provincial rehabilitation and detention facility outsmarted prison officials and gained freedom.By wearing woman's clothes, Khad Abubakar Langalen, 28, quietly mingled with the outsiders during visiting hours Wednesday afternoon, according to OIC provincial warden Juan Lanzaderas.Several inmates later told jail guards they saw Langalen leaving the compound weather a Muslim headgear and woman's dress.Langalen is facing charges for illegal drug's use and drug pushing.He was the third inmate to bolt the well secured detention facility in South Cotabato since last year.
