9 Dawlah Islamiyah patay sa AFP operation sa Liguasan marsh

KIDAPAWAN CITY - Nasa siyam na miyembro ng Dawlah Islamiyah ang nasawi sa offensive operation ng militar sa Liguasan marsh kahapon ng madaling araw.

Bukod dito, ayon kay 602nd Civil Military Operation Officer Captain Dexter Ruma, may sampo rin ang naiulat na sugatan at inaalam na kung saang pinakamalapit na ospital isinugod.

Umatras ang terorista sa gitnang bahagi ng Liguasan matapos ang limang Oras na air and ground assault ng militar.

Dahil dito, mayroong isangdaan na mga pamilya ang lumikas mula sa Barangay Dalgan, Pagalaungna, Maguindanao Del Sur.

SK gov offers P1-M for arrest of MSU bombers

KORONADAL CITY  – A P1 million reward will be given for any information on the identification, whereabouts, and eventual arrest of persons behind the Marawi City bombing.

The offer was made by Sultan Kudarat Gov. Datu Pax Ali Mangudadatu during the Soccsksargen Regional Development Council (RDC-12) meeting here on Monday.

He said the reward money will hopefully help fast-track the investigation so that justice will be served to the victims of the Dec. 3 IED explosion during the Catholic mass inside the Dimaporo gymnasium that left four dead and over 40 injured.

Caritas Philippines condemns bombing in Marawi

MANILA Caritas Philippines, the humanitarian, development, and advocacy arm of the Catholic Church in the Philippines condemns in strongest terms the bombing inside Dimaporo Gymnasium inside the Mindanao State University, where a Catholic mass was being held.

“I am appalled by the blatant act of terror that the perpetrators were able to commit especially at this time when we are celebrating the Mindanao Week of Peace!” Bishop Jose Colin Bagaforo, president of Caritas Philippines, said in a statement this morning.

BARMM chief minister, Lanao Sur governor condemn MSU bombing

COTABATO CITY - Chief Minister Ahod Balawag Ebrahim of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) has condemned the MSU-Marawi gymnasium bombing.

“I condemn in the strongest terms these atrocious and cowardly acts. We stand firm and united against any form of violence and extremism that threatens the peace and harmony of our society,” Ebrahim said.

“Such acts not only take away innocent lives but also sow fear and discord among our people,” he added.

He said the regional government “was saddened and troubled by the devastating news.”

APMC medical workers attend to 46 blast victims

Attending physicians at the Amai Pakpak Medical Center said 46 others were being treated for varying degrees of injuries at the hospital’s emergency room minutes after the blast that went up at about 7:20 a.m.

Police authorities rushing to the crime scene said the type and technical descriptions of the explosive had yet to be determined from forensic investigation obtained from an elaborate process of laboratory examination.

Dr. Pinky Rakiin of the APMC said six were under operation for serious wounds.
