KIDAPAWAN CITY – Unidentified suspects shot dead a Pakistani national who was just tasked to collect loans from few residents in Carmen, North Cotabato, past 9 a.m., Wednesday, reports from Carmen municipal police station said.Chief Inspector April Lou Monserate Palma, chief of the Carmen PNP, identified the slain victim as Hazrat Hussain, 26, married, lending collector and a resident of Hi-Park Drive, Barangay Baliwasan Tabuk in Zamboanga City.Palma said the victim has just parked his motorbike in front of Macaya Store along the Sayre national highway in Carmen town, around 950 a.m.
